George's Postcard Note: This civic space is so typical of the open spaces in European cities - its irregular shape, its edges composed of different building types; its fountain in the center; the fountain space in front visually connected to the sculptural tower in the rear. Wow! I had to capture this tie between foreground and background. And adding strong definition to the side, curved renaissance wall of the cathedral just sits there, like the boss of the space.
